Inside every mailer, you’ll find:

HOW IT WORKS
If you start your subscription between the 1st-14th of a month then you mailer will be mailed on the 1st day of the next month. For example: Started subscription Feb 10th then 'Faithful Friend mailer will go out to you on March 1st. If you start your subscription between the 15th and 31st of a month then your first 'Faithful Friend' mailer will be sent out the following 1st day of the month. For example: Started your or gifted subscription on Feb 20th then first mailer is sent to you or your loved one on April 1st. Hope that makes sense for everyone.
